All our tutors are qualified teachers in secondary schools in their respective subjects. 

If all group classes are full, we will try and create a new class depending on availability. 

If this is not applicable, you will be put on a waiting list and we will contact you once there is a free space.

Please fill in the contact form and we will contact you in regards to availability. We prefer having an initial discussion so we understand what you require and what is the best course of action going forward. 

Once you sign up and have had an initial phone call, we will send over our bank details either through email or whatsapp and you will make payment via bank transfer.

 

Once payment is made, you will given further instructions on how to attend classes.

We want to simulate a classroom experience whilst also giving each and every student enough time for individual support. Therefore, each class will accommodate between 4 – 8 students. 

No, every subject has its own teacher who specialises in that field. 

At the moment the focus is on GCSE. We will incorporate KS3 and A Levels in the near future. 

It is possible to book a one-off tutoring. This will depend on availability. 

Online tutoring has recently proven to be a safe and convenient method to assist students in their studies. We understand parents may be hesitant about the effectiveness of online learning, however our teachers are trained and experienced in teaching online in an engaging and effective manner, whereby each students progress and participation will be individually monitored. 

Monday to Sunday with varying time slots.

All you need is an electronic device (laptop, computer or tablet) with a mic and a stable internet connection. You will also need to download Zoom. You can register and download Zoom from here. https://zoom.us/download

Yes, all lessons are taught via Zoom. Students are expected to keep their mics and videos off for safeguarding purposes. A student can turn their mic on if they have a question to ask.

Our lessons are taught with other students in the class and teachers will have their cameras on in order to facilitate a comfortable and similar experience as that of a physical classroom. Our tutors have their own style and method to make the classes interactive and fun.

Yes, students may receive homework from their subject tutors. 

As our lessons are taught with a group of students, we are unable to make up any lessons that are missed by a student. However, the tutors will endeavour to provide a sufficient amount of catch-up homework and a summary of a missed lesson so that no student is left behind.

Students are not permitted to record lessons via electronic devices without the permission of the tutor. 

Parents may choose to remain in the company of their child while he/she is taking online lessons with us. 

A responsible adult must be present at the students premises at all times.
